We are incredibly passionate about our cooking and using fresh produce which is sustainable, high welfare and responsibly sourced. We use only the finest ingredients, seasonal and local where possible, to create freshly prepared authentic Italian dishes.
Whether it's a simple Panzanella salad with the finest Buffalo Mozzarella imported from Campania and finished with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Calabria or a complex tomato ragù made from a recipe passed down through generations, we don't believe in short cuts.

We are constantly seeking out gems that represent great value for money and superb tasting notes. We also have a large international selection of over 15 excellent affordable house wines that are available by the glass or carafe.
